Description: LEADWIN B grade FR4 sheet are electrical alkali-free glass woven fabric base impregnated epoxy resin binder by processing under pressure and heat, which have extremely high mechanical strength, good dielectric properties, good electric strength properties and fine heat and humidity resistance. In addition, it has anti-fire property.
FR4 is accordance with the following international standards:
IEC60893 EPGC202/NEMA LI-1:FR4/DIN 7735 HGW 2372.1/BS 3953 EP-4
Applications: With high mechanical strength , insulation , heat resistance,, electrical properties and good moisture resistance properties. Widely range of applications, for example: Suitable for using as insulating structural parts in electric equipment, such as electric generators, motors , switch board , pcb , etc.
G10 / FR4 / G11 / FR5 Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminated Sheets are a kind of rigid laminated product, prepared from E-glass cloth impregnated with the modified epoxy resin.
G10 is in accordance with the following international standards:
IEC60893 EP GC 201/ NEMA LI-1:G10 / DIN 7735 Hgw 2372/ BS 3953 EP 3.
FR4 is in accordance with the following international standards:
IEC60893 EP GC 202 / NEMA LI-1:FR4 / DIN 7735 Hgw 2372.1 / BS 3953 EP-4.

1.one pc sheet packing: covered with craft paper or PE film on double sides ,the covered film without any our compoany sign.
2.with pallet Bulk cargo packing: 2 tons per pallet, use wooden pallets and iron pallets on bottom, with packaging film packages all around ensure transportation security.
3.Full container load packing: 20-23 tons(about 3000pcs) of a 20 foot container with 10 -12pallets .
