Product Description

Application:
For the recycling of waste PE, PP film, finally get clean plastic flakes.
PE, PP Film Washing process includes PE, PP film conveying , crushing, washing, dewatering and drying.
Capacity range: 150kg/h to 800kg/h.

The washing line has the follows machines generally including Conveyor, Crusher, Floating Washing Tank, High-speed Friction Washer, Dewatering, Drying, and Silo. Other equipment will be added according to the material dirty status.

All the machines have the advantages: save electric, high-efficent, low consumption.
