Brief Introdution:
1) Feed processing machine is also named fish feed extruder, and it is suitable for dogs, cats, fish, birds, rabbits, shrimps, dogs, cats, Mink, fox and other pet feed with different tastes. Suitable for farmers, small and medium-sized feed mills.
2) This equipment uses corn, soybean (bean cake) animal scraps as raw materials, and can be puffed directly into the machine to produce different granules with rich nutrition and fine texture.
3) The extruded feed granules produced by this machine are neat and smooth in shape, can float on the water surface for more than 12 hours without sinking, do not pollute the water source, and can be sterilized to reduce fish diseases.
4) Three motors: Main motor + feeding motor + cutting motor.
5) Working principle: Put the material into feeding device. The material will be extruded and expanded by the screw shaft with high pressure and temperature to make the material fully cooked and sterilized. Then the expanded material will be formed into different shapes through different molds.

Wheat meal, maize powder, soybean meal, cottonseed meal, fish meal, bone meal, corn meal, meat meal, etc.
