They have a perforated wall and cylindrical tubular rotor. In many cases the outer wall of a basket centrifuge consists of a fine mesh screen or a series of screens with the finer mesh screens supported by the heavier coarse screen, which in turn is supported by the bowl. The liquid passes through the screen and the particles that are too large to pass through the screen are deposited. Product Features Solid-Liquid Semi-Automatic Machine Centrifuge. The motor drives the basket to rotate at high speed through the belt, and under the control of pre-written program, the material to be separated is fed into the basket through the feed system. After the material is filtered through the filtration medium (filter cloth/screen) under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase discharges out of the centrifuge through the liquid pipeline, and the solid phase is retained in the basket. A material detection device is used to detect material filling position in a real-time manner, and when the solid cake deposited in the basket reaches the specified holding capacity of the centrifuge, feeding stops. Then wash and dry the solid cake. After the solid cake meets the requirements for knock-out, the centrifuge reduces the scraping rate, under the hydraulic (pneumatic) control, the scraper device removes the solid cake, and then the cake is discharged at the bottom outlet of the centrifuge.

6. Liquid-damping vibration isolators, simplify the routine maintenance.
7. Big hinged cover, feed pipe, wash pipe, observation glass and light.
8. Automatic CIP system cleans the internal surface of the case, the basket and liquid slot to meet the clean requirement in accordance with GMP standards.
9. Tightness structure with silicone rubber or fluoroelastomers seals. Nitrogen protection system(optional)is for anti-explosion applied to poisonous, flammable and explosive environment.
10. Equipped with hydraulic suspension arms with external fully-stainless steel surface (optional), which is easy for discharging and complies with the sanitation requirements.
