Characteristics of process equipment
(1) The entire line is mainly focused on heat exchange, improving the efficiency of heat utilization, saving energy, and steam; The exhaust steam used for the drain valve enters the hot water tank; The reaction time of the acid reaction tank and neutralization reaction tank can be adjusted, which can effectively deal with various oil products with phosphorus content and acid value;
(2) Adopting partial packing combination deodorization tower, the packing structure reduces the high-temperature residence time of deodorized oil, reduces the generation of trans fatty acids, and reduces steam consumption;
(3) The pipes and equipment in contact with oil in the deodorization section are made of stainless steel, while the pipes and equipment in contact with acid are made of 304 stainless steel
This oil refinery equipment is made up of refining tank, vacuum dehydration tank,decoloring tank,vacuum pump, oil pump, alkali mixing tank,measurement tank and electric cabinet, equipped with automatic temperature control system, vacuum dehydration, thermal insulation layer and feeding buffer sets, has functions of degumming,deacidification , drying and ,decoloring of the crude oil.
Advantage
1. Continuous alkali refining shortens the contact time between grease and alkali solution, reduces saponification of grease, and has low consumption and high efficiency. 2. Premixing and steam stirring decolorization are used to improve decolorization efficiency, save clay consumption and operate simply and conveniently. Negative pressure state avoids contact between oxygen and hot oil in air, ensures oil quality, inhibits acid value rise and reduces peroxide value.

3. Physical refining uses a new type of continuous deacidification and deodorization, which is suitable for deodorization of vegetable oils with high acid value and low gum content. The process has the following remarkable characteristics: strong deacidification ability, good thermal decolorization effect, high refining rate and good oil quality.

4. The process is characterized by multiple heat exchanges, full utilization of system heat energy, effective reduction of steam consumption, adjustable production process, flexible operation, high degree of automation and environmental hygiene.

Degumming (dephosphorization): Adding hot water to the crude oil causes the soluble impurities in the crude oil to agglomerate into blocks. Then, through sedimentation separation, the soluble impurities (phospholipids, proteins, mucus substances, etc.) are removed. The presence of these impurities makes the oil cloudy, dark in color, and has an unpleasant odor, which has a negative impact on the subsequent oil refining process and leads to a decrease in the quality of the finished oil.
Deacidification (alkaline refining): Adding alkaline solution to the crude oil causes a neutralization reaction between the free fatty acids in the crude oil and the alkaline solution, thereby removing the free fatty acids. The byproduct of deacidification is soap residue, which is the raw material for soap production. The presence of free fatty acids in oil can reduce the smoke point, flavor, and quality of the oil.
Water washing: Remove residual soap and lye from the oil
Bleaching (including drying): Heat the bleaching pot to generate steam, and then vacuum it to remove the steam and dry the oil. After drying, white earth is added to the crude oil to remove pigments and other impurities by utilizing the adsorption effect of white earth. After decolorization, the color of palm oil becomes clearer.
Deodorization: High temperature water vapor is introduced into the crude oil under vacuum conditions, so as to take away the odor in the crude oil (clay odor, soap horn odor, oil odor, etc.). The deodorization temperature is around 220-240 ºC. Related Products
