DB testing for head
Noise DB is less than 60DB at 1100RPM and 64DB at 2700 RPM

Materials :
HT250 high precision Meehanite casting
Spindle , lead screw and spindle hub , motor hub and gear are imported from Taiwan , P5 class high accuracy spindle bearings
Hardening : Working table is hardened and hardness is over HRC50 all slide ways with heat treatment and with Turcite B.

All of this makes sure that our machine are with high accuracy and stable performance during operation .
