Infrared Quartz Heater
Product Parameters
Infrared quartz heater uses iron-chromium alloy wire (FeCrAl wire) as heating element and quartz tube as protective sleeve. Its color temperature is 1800K and wavelength range is 2.2-3.5 microns. Since the main radiation band is in the medium wave area, it is most suitable for moisture drying and widely used in industrial drying. The power, voltage and tube length can be made according to customer requirements and drawings. There are two installation methods: horizontal installation and vertical installation. In order to improve the radiation efficiency, it can be semi-gold-plated or white-coated.
1500W Halogen Infrared Quartz Heater Type
1. Infrared quartz heater: A single quartz tube is used as the sleeve of the medium-wave infrared heater. The cross-sections of the heaters are ID8*OD10, ID10*OD12, ID14*OD17, ID17*OD20, ID28*OD34, etc. The service life can reach 5000 hours.
2. Infrared quartz heater: Quartz double tube is used as the heater sleeve. Due to the special double tube design, this type of heater has high mechanical strength, the maximum length can reach 6 meters, and the service life can reach more than 5000 hours.
