PTFE open mesh conveyor belt is made of fiberglass mesh belt coated with PTFE, which combines the excellent heat resistance and non-sticky of PTFE with the mechanical strength and dimensional stability of fiberglass.
The Teflon mesh conveyor belt is classified by the size of the mesh, which mainly has 1*1, 2*2.5, 4*4 and 10*10mm and other mesh holes, and is divided into single and double weft Teflon mesh conveyor belts according to the different longitude and latitude lines. PTFE mesh conveyor belt usually has bull-nose joint or alligator joint.
The open mesh design promotes excellent airflow, which enhances the efficiency of cooling, drying, and heating processes. This feature is especially advantageous for applications where needing accurate temperature regulation and quick cooling.
