Product Introduction
The SUS 316L powder sintered small filter element is made of 316L powder pressed through a mold and then sintered at high temperature. It adopts its technology and strictly controls every step of the production process, including powder particle distribution, molding, and sintering. It has high mechanical strength, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance.
The SUS 316L powder sintered small filter element has good, uniform pore size distribution, good air permeability, cleanable regeneration, weldable and mechanically processable, etc. By adjusting the powder particle size and process conditions, it is possible to produce porous metal sintered filter elements with a wide range of filtration accuracy.

Craftsmanship
The first step is to screen high-quality stainless steel 316L powder particles that meet the requirements according to the needs and then use a custom-made mold for powder molding. After the molding is completed, put the product into a high-temperature vacuum furnace for sintering, and finally take it out for cooling and demoulding, and finally connect the interface by welding or riveting and then put it into use.
Filtration principle
A sintered metal microporous filter element made of stainless steel is used to separate microscopic particles and filter a variety of materials. The interior is hollow and the wall thickness is uniform. The other end is open with one end shut. The material of cylindrical cylinder wall is made of stainless steel sintered metal microporous material and makes the function of filtration and separation.
Package and Shipment
1. Sintered Filters are usually packed in cartons, wrapped in soft film, and fixed in a box filled with industrial foam cotton, and the outer baler is packed with plastic bags with no damage during transportation.
2. Wooden box export packaging can also be customized. The foam cotton can be filled and fixed, the external box is sealed, the bottom is specified, the whole packaging is processed, and the goods can be delivered to the designated place of the customer without damage.
