This glass beads is one composition of road marking paint, according to the standard of U.K BS6088-A and BS6088-B, U.S.A AASHO M247 TYPE I and AASHO M247 TYPE II, Europe Drop On Type EN 1423 AND Pre-MIX Type EN 1424, Australia AS2009 B3.2, Korea KS, except of the Chinese standard.
Reflective glass beads is the essential material for the coating of road marking, it is mainly used for road marking. The glass beads for road marking can improve the retro-reflective performance of road surface coating and increase the safety for night driving. When driving at night, the lamp shines on the marking line with glass beads in it, the ray of lamp is reflected back parallel. So the driver can look at the road clearly and drive safely at night.
Coated glass beads are the glass beads which were coated with silane or silicon oil on their surface, thus the performance better than before in quality.
In a word, it is damp proof, light protective and applicable to use in the districts where it abound with rain, fog and damp.
