The NJbinglab PFA hydrogen absorption apparatus is used for metal impurity experiments to detect hydrogen. It is used in the semiconductor industry. It consists of 3 60ml PFA digestion tanks connected to 1/4-inch pipes and equipped with PFA valves to control the flow rate. Other specifications can be contacted to arrange customized production to meet experimental needs.

4. It can withstand high and low temperatures, and can withstand -200℃ to 260℃.
5. The background value is low, and the lead and uranium content is less than 0.01ppb.
It is used for semiconductor analysis, new materials and new energy, silicon industry, lithium industry and other experimental test analysis.
According to the experimental requirements, the matching plexiglass rack or PVFE rack can be customized to make the experiment convenient and convenient.
