Product Description

Vacuum degasser Function:
Removal of the liquid air (oxygen), inhibition of browning, coloring, vitamins, flavor components and other substances oxidation, to prevent quality deterioration; removing liquid adhering to the particles suspended in the gas dispersion, inhibition floating particles, maintaining a good appearance; prevent blistering when canned and high-temperature sterilization effect sterilization; reduce corrosion of the inner wall of the container.
Vacuum degasser Using process :
open the vacuum pumps (pump according to pump instructions to use), deprived of the inside air, while the material from entering the inlet inside the self-absorption, when the material up to a certain position, the control valve automatic control of materials, at this point, as the hole can observe and control the feed rate, when inside the vacuum reaches technological requirements, the material can be extracted from the material outlet, just keep out of the vacuum and the material balance, you can continue to produce.
