Introduction
Fruit&vegetable size sorting grading machine is used for sorting and grading the round and elliptical shape fruits and vegetables, such as apple, pear, onion, tomato, potato, orange, kiwi etc.
Working Principle
Double helix rotates which will drive the rollers on the grading bed moves forward in parallel, and increases the roller gap gradually to reach the corresponding size of the fruits and vegetables so that the fruits and vegetables fall down the outlet belt conveyors from the rollers gap which complete the fruit sorting finally.
Advantages 1. Fruit Vegetable sorting machine is automatically feeding , labor cost and time saving;
2. Efficiency and sort grade is adjustable by different diameter of the gap;
3. The machine is fitted with soft nylon bristle rollers rotating on their own axis;
4. Two outlets are provided for a single grade of material;
5. The position of the rollers as well as the spouts can be altered;
6. We can customize machine according to customers' requirements.
