This product is a resin adhesive for grouting and treating micro-cracks in concrete structures. It has the characteristics of small resin body shrinkage, high strength, good toughness, and strong adaptability.
Product Uses
It is suitable for grouting structural micro-cracks greater than 0.5mm, and can also be used for grouting and strengthening various conditions such as mortar, concrete, and brick slab hollow gaps.
In the current civil construction engineering, concrete structures are dominant. Due to the internal and external factors, concrete structures inevitably have cracks, and cracks are the main reasons for the reduction of the bearing capacity, durability and waterproofing of concrete structures.

Uses of Automatic Low-Pressure Grouting Technology:
1. Crack treatment of civil buildings: Grouting of cracks in concrete parking lots, basements' floors, slabs, walls, beams, and columns.

Construction Steps
(1) Preparation before construction
Confirm the parts that require concrete hollowing treatment.
Drill holes at the positions of concrete hollowing treatment, clean the surface, and embed grouting nozzles.
(2) Chemical grouting for concrete hollowing treatment
After the grouting nozzles are arranged, carry out grouting: Determine the grouting pressure and grouting volume according to the specific situation of the concrete hollowing treatment part.
After the grouting resin (crack and hollowing repair adhesive) is prepared, pour it into the container of the grouting machine.
Use a high-pressure grouting machine to inject the grouting resin (crack and hollowing repair adhesive) into the position of concrete hollowing treatment. When it is proved that the grouting is full, immediately close the valve. During grouting, it is necessary to prevent the grouting liquid from overflowing from other holes, resulting in waste. Confirm that the grouting is completed, and remove the equipment. The resin initial sets after 48 hours; it can be used normally after 7 days of dry curing.
