Rotary Kiln for restoration of soil is characterized by high temperature, long stay of gas, large thermal capacity, good thermal stability, alkaline environment, no waste residue discharge and so on.
While producing clinker, incineration and curing treatment pollute the soil.
Applicability: contaminated soil, organic pollutants and heavy metals can be treated.
It is not suitable for mercury, arsenic, lead and other heavy metal contaminated soil.
The soil pretreatment system is carried out in a closed environment to ensure the effect of contaminated soil treatment and the safety of production.

3. Working principle of rotary kiln for Soil restoration
By using the characteristics of high temperature, long stay of gas, large thermal capacity, good thermal stability, alkaline environment and no waste residue discharge in the rotary kiln, the soil was polluted by incineration and solidification while producing clinker.
The organic matter contaminated soil enters the rotary kiln from the flue gas chamber at the end of the kiln.
The gas phase temperature in the kiln can reach 1800 ºC, and the material temperature is about 1450 ºC.
Under the high temperature condition of the kiln, the organic pollutants in the contaminated soil can be transformed into inorganic compounds, high temperature airflow and high fineness.
