What is 3240 epoxy laminated sheet?
3240 epoxy plate by electrical glass cloth with epoxy resin,after drying ,hot pressing and into.Epoxy resin is referring to molecule contains two or more than two epoxy groups of organic polymer compound,in addition to the individual,their relative molecular quality is not high.The molecular structure of the epoxy resin based on molecular chain containing lively epoxy groups for its characteristics,epoxy groups can be placed at the end of the chain,or into a ring structure in the middle.
G10 and FR4 glass cloth reinforced epoxy natural is typically a yellowish to light green color. The most versatile all-around laminate grades are continuous glass woven fabric impregnated with an epoxy resin binder. Epoxy resins are among the most versatile and widely used plastics in the electronics field, primarily because water absorption is virtually nil, rendering it an outstanding insulator.
