Product Description Vacuum sealing tape is an adhesive and elastic tape taking a special synthetic rubber as the butyl, made of some assistance mainly including the temperature-resistance reinforcing agent and tackifier.
This material is able to better adhere to steel, aluminum, nylon and other metals and nonmetal as well.
It features good temperature resistance, convenient usage, reliable high-temperature sealing.
Typical application:
It is used for high-temperature vacuum molding sealing of materialssuch as composites and safety glass.
Technical data:
1. Density: less than 1.4g/cm3
2. Shear strength: not less than 0.07Mpa for aluminum / nylon film
3. Heat-resistance: with the treatment of 4 hours, the tape is freeof diaspora, crack keeps its original thickness.
4. High-temperature peel strength: with the treatment of 1803hours, its peel strength will be less than 1.5Kg/M and can stripfrom the mental surface.
Usage method:
1. Remove the oil and dust on the surface of the sealed mental andnylon membrane, and clean with 120 # gasoline.
2. Paste one side with the adhesive tape on alloy surface around the vacuum tank evenly, remove the release paper of the adhesive tape and then paste the nylon membrane on the adhesive tape, pressevenly with small stick (avoiding introducing bubbles) to make theadhesive tape firmly bond on the upper and lower parts. In addition, pumping vacuum will be conducted to check the reliability of thesealing, and then it can be used for high temperature vacuum molding (it can also be used for high temperature molding after consolidating paste and sealing of the adhesive tape upon the different requestsof the users).
