Product Description

Easy operation and high-efficiency touch screen interface weft insertion machine are mainly used in technical textile fields for the production of industrial fabric, e.g. backlit, interlining, geogrid, etc. The main feature of the weft insertion machine is high efficiency via wide width of machine and wide band of weft yarn. The electrically controlled system makes the operation efficient and accurate.
The application of different yarn from mono polyester to the fancy yarn which brings the unique feature of the fabric. Weft insertion machine gauge starts from E6 up to E32. The EL device makes pattern changing extremely convenient and faster.
We make a weft insertion machine from 2bar to 4bar with a wide width range from 130 inches to 290 inches. The concept of our machine is based on easy operation and high efficiency. Touch screen interface can record all the production data and fabric parameter which can be transferred via the internet for better production management.
