The model of this dot peen engraving machine is PEQD-025E. Its working principle is to use the vibration generated by compressed air and mechanical devices to work. Supporting both 2D flat marking and 3D rotary marking, this stylus marker is suitable for marking both flat and all kinds of cylindrical, conical & spherical rotary work pieces.
Product Features
1. The dot peen engraving machine equipped with a complete LCD control screen, and integrated with PC, display and control system,the dot peen engraving can be directly used without connecting to a computer, which saves space and facilitates operation, resulting in higher work efficiency.
2. The dot peen engraving support both 2D flat marking and 3D rotary marking. The rotary round marker type is suitable for marking both flat and all kinds of cylindrical, conical & spherical workpieces. The rotary range is 0-150mm or 0-200mm.
3. Adopts high-quality imported hard alloy and formed by a precision mold at one time. The dot peen engraving machine marking needle has a rigidity of up to -92HRA, guarantees high-speed marking accuracy, and can be perfectly marked on the workpiece.
4. The dot peen engraving machine use of the United States imports "high-frequency valve", vibration life of up to 0.1 ~ 0.2 billion times, to provide a guarantee for the long-term stable operation of the machine.
5. Adopting the "positioning switch" imported from Japan, the performance is more stable and the precision is higher.
6.The dot peen engraving adopts the "linear guide rail" imported from Germany and can be automatically lubricated, windproof and dustproof. The equipment's high performance and high precision are guaranteed.
7. Equipped with the "logo steel-sheath system" researched and developed by Perfect Laser, it solves the problem of large machine noise during the marking process. Also, since the air pressure of about 0.2 Mpa is required, the wear rate is small, so unnecessary waste of energy and cost is avoided to a great extent.
8. The dot peen engraving's service life can be up to 10 years. The average MTTF exceeds approximately 15,000 hours. And the dot peen engraving machine is maintenance-free and the operating costs are very low.
