The powerhouse. Robust and powerful.
Elmasonic xtra ST is the ultrasonic device for the heaviest soiling and is particularly suitable
for the highest demands in the field of industrial cleaning.
With the two selectable ultrasonic frequencies, a wide variety of cleaning tasks can be successfully solved.
The 25 kHz is chosen for stubborn dirt such as the removal of abrasive and polishing pastes.
At 45 kHz, sensitive surface materials can be gently cleaned and degreased.
Different modes such as Pulse, Sweep and Dynamic also offer individual options to achieve a perfect cleaning result.
The vibrating trays are made of stainless steel with increased wall thickness and are characterized
by high robustness and durability.
Product features and functions:
■ Stainless steel ultrasonic tank.
■ Sloped tank base for better draining of the cleaning liquid.
■ Sandwich power oscillating systems.
■ Ultrasonic frequency switchable between 25 kHz for coarse and pre-cleaning and 45 kHz for fine cleaning.
■ Sweep function for a continuous shift of the sound pressure maxima, resulting in a more homogeneous
sound field distribution in the tank.
■ Pulse function can be activated to intensify the ultrasonic cleaning effect for stubborn dirt. Furthermore,
the operational readiness (reaching the cavitation threshold) is optimized when fresh cleaning liquid
has been added and after changing the basket (shortening the cleaning time).
■ Dynamic function: Sweep and pulse function run in automatic alternation. The ultrasonic power
is temporarily increased by up to 20 %. At the same time, the cleaning effect is enhanced by the even
ultrasonic distribution in the ultrasonic bath.
Heating with temperature control (30 °C - 80 °C).
■ Temperature-controlled ultrasonic function: Ultrasound starts automatically when the preselected
temperature is reached.
■ Automatic safety switch-off after 12 h of operation to prevent accidental continuous operation.
■ Automatic safety switch-off at 90 °C bath temperature to protect the items to be cleaned against
excessive temperatures.
■ Display of the set values and actual values via the LED display.
Level sensor for level monitoring, must be covered with liquid during operation.
■ Stainless steel housing.
Castors with parking brake for mobile use of the appliance when unfilled.
■ Uniform 2 - side sonication of the items to be cleaned (only with Elmasonic 1900S).
■ Stainless steel liquid drain on the side of the appliance (except for Elmasonic 1900S).
■ Stainless steel liquid drain with brass ball valve on the operating side of the appliance
(only for Elmasonic 1900S.
