1. Instructions:
1.1 The device uses high-speed milling for back of angle milling processing technology.
1.2 Greatly improving the milling production efficiency, ten times faster than the traditional processing.
1.3 Easily operate, low requirement for the worker's operation level.
1.4 Greatly reducing the labor intensity, high degree of automatic machinery, it can continuously feed angle.
1.5 Compared with traditional planer which length of processing is restricted, the new machine makes the process more flexible. It is not necessary to use clamping device to make the process more convenience and more efficient.
1.6 The machine is easy to operate, flexible regulation and stable operation.

Workpiece process
Back milling process: Adjust the milling depth. Direct input in the touch screen for blade Angle of the milling depth, blade adjustment button, cutter head automatically adjusts to the chip position, equipment according to the preset parameters, automatically calculate the cutting speed. Press the spindle start button to start the back-off spindle. Press the spindle feeding button to start feeding. Put the angle steel on the feeding rack, which is driven by the stick of the rack, automatically feeding and production. After the production, the end product will be automatically sent out of the feed frame.
