Product feature:
2.1 Use NC Longitudinal slide table, process the sloping end-surface of H beams, can be completed in one time.
2.2 With automatic setting function, milling can be changed automatically and productivity can be improved greatly.
2.3 Using frequency conversion roller feeding, could realize the workpiece transportation stable.
2.4 The taper milling cutter scale can be adjusted according to the cutter depth of the milling head, and the required groove size can be obtained by aligning the groove quantity.
2.5 The machining of groove, face milling and ARC groove all use carbide indexable milling cutter.
2.6 Using the world-famous PLC, frequency converter, touch screen and other electrical components, man-machine interface friendly, all the processing parameters and status clearly visible. Mechanical transmission Uses Ball Screw, Linear Rolling Guide and other high-precision mechanical parts, positioning accuracy greatly improved, improve the cost-performance ratio, extended the service life of the machine.
2.7 This machine is an automatic production line, composed of feeding channel, main machine and out feeding channel etc., can automatically and continuously mill the same type of H-beam.
