6) The upper guide rail of the rocker arm, the spindle sleeve and the inner and outer column rotating roller mating surface are treated with surface quenching, which can extend the service life of the machine tool;
7), there are perfect safety protection devices and external column protection devices. For example, the rocker arm lifting has an insurance mechanism, limited spindle insurance, the main drive excess torque friction insurance clutch, the feed has a steel ball insurance clutch, the outer column has a dust ring, power grounding, etc., can ensure the safe work of the machine tool;
