On the basis of Simmons and rotary disc crusher, the high-energy laminated cone crusher was creatively developed by introducing the advantages of high-energy crusher and the structural characteristics of the reference German H-type crusher. The structure is changed from the traditional bottom single cylinder to the external multi-cylinder, which shortens the length of the main shaft and changes the main shaft from the moving form to the fixed type, increasing the strength of the crusher main shaft and freeing the internal space to increase the strength of other parts. This is a way to improve the crusher performance by improving the structure of the crusher and optimizing the mechanical parameters, thereby fundamentally improving the crushing capacity of the crusher.
