TKDL-6000A Touch control integrated rapid sulfur tester
1. Product introduction
The product is designed according to the coulometric method in GB/t214-2007 method for the determination of total sulfur in coal, and can automatically complete the determination of total sulfur content in strict accordance with relevant regulations. Therefore, the product is widely used in coal testing, brick factories, stone heating, electric power, coking, chemical industry, scientific research, food and other industries.
2. Product performance
·The Coulomb electrolytic scheme adopts 120 mA electrolytic current to prolong the service time of platinum sheets in the electrolytic cell.
·Abandoning the manual control mode of purification and mixing of traditional sulfur measuring instrument, the purification and mixing realizes full automatic control, prolongs the service time of mixing motor and air pump, and avoids human operation errors.
·Due to the automatic control mode of instrument stirring and sampling, the phenomenon of electrolyte redness caused by human operation errors is avoided.
·The resistance value of adaptive silicon carbon tube will not cause too slow or too fast temperature rise because the resistance value is too large or too small.
·The automatic electrolytic switch control prevents the instability of test results or the damage of electrolytic function caused by electrolyte failure and platinum electrode blackening caused by over electrolysis.
·Experimental results voice broadcasting function, volume can be adjusted.
·The positioning scheme of double independent Hall elements is adopted to realize the continuous and adjustable multi stage sample feeding, which is compatible with the determination of high sulfur and Fast Sulfur samples.
·The self calibrating heating current mode is adopted to improve the service time and compatibility of silicon carbon tubes.
·The heating lead of silicon carbon tube adopts cold welding technology to ensure long service time and no spark.
·Reminder method: you can choose intelligent artificial voice to broadcast the results or buzzer reminder after the experiment.
·Data storage: support the "continuous rolling" storage of 2000 experimental data, and each data can be deleted and printed separately.
·Operation mode: highly sensitive touch operation and mask key operation can be used independently.
