Main applications:
The sugar coating machine is mainly used in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries to coat and polish tablet, pill, and granule products that are formed by compression. After coating and polishing, the sugar-coated tablets have a bright and shiny surface, and the surface sugar powder forms a complete solid coating layer after crystallization. This can prevent the tablets from oxidizing, deteriorating, absorbing moisture, or volatilizing. It can also cover up the unpleasant taste of the tablets during direct consumption, and facilitate the slow release of the tablets in the human gastrointestinal tract.
Working principle:
In order to quickly achieve a uniform coating of crystallized coating on the surface of tablets and achieve the purpose of polishing, it is necessary to manually spray sugar syrup and slurry onto the tablets in the pot in batches. The pot is then rotated clockwise, allowing the sugar-coated tablets to roll, slide, and rub against each other, ensuring even distribution on all tablets and obtaining qualified coated tablets. This machine operates at a stable linear speed to ensure that the tablets form a good flow curve in the pot, meeting the process requirements of uniform coating thickness, bright color, and no spotting.
Main features: 1. Machine Movement: this machine is a unidirectional, low-speed continuous rotating coating equipment, driven by a variable speed motor to rotate the pot. 2. Structural features: the reducer adopts an advanced and reliable "integrated" gearbox, and the lubrication method of the reducer uses a fully enclosed immersion lubricating grease to prevent drying. The hot air drying device is electrically heated.
