MK1432 CNC universal cylindrical grinder is designed for grinding internal and external. It can also grind shaft-, sleeve-like parts as well as ring and plug gauges etc... Application Scope Automobile industry: precision grinding of engine block, crankshaft, connecting rod and other key parts. Aerospace: machining of high-precision parts such as airplane engine blades and bearings. Machinery manufacturing: grinding of shafts, sleeves, gears and other parts in various mechanical equipment. Precision instruments: processing of precision parts in optical instruments. Mold manufacturing: high-precision grinding of mold cavities, guide pillars, guide bushings and other parts. Maintenance and Servicing Regular inspection and lubrication: Ensure the normal operation of all moving parts and prolong the life of the equipment. Cleaning and maintenance: Regularly clean the coolant and chips, keep the table and guideway clean. Calibration and Adjustment: Regularly calibrate the parameters of the machine tool to ensure the machining accuracy.
