KMP--Potassium Polyphosphate food grade is white powder, heterogenous mixtures of potassium salts
of linear condensed polyphosphoric acids of general formula H(n+2)PnO(3n+1) where 'n' is not less than 2,
which complies with the specifications of FCCVI and 2008/84/EC.
Used as Emulsifier,metal ions chelating agent,moisture-restraining agent.
