This production line can produce rubber foam pipe and sheet in different sizes and density. This kind of pipe/sheet can be widely used in air-conditioning, solar energy, HVAC system, chiller, construction, chemical, pharmaceutical, textile, metallurgy, shipbuilding, vehicles, hot and cold pipeline and container to achieve lower cold loss and heat loss effects.

Internal mixer (kneader), open mixer (two roll mill), extruder, foam oven, cutter, etc.

Preparing materials → extrusion → curing and foam → cutting (or other process)

Inner diameter 6-160mm, wall thickness 6-40mm
Sheet: width 0-2000mm, thickness 6-50mm
