•Vacuum deaeration can make the material meet sanitary aseptic requirements, and can adopt suction feeding, especially the powder can prevent the dust float in the sky.
•According to the process requirement, the tank can heating or cooling material , heating type can be selected according to the customer request steam or electric heating.
•Advanced electric control system adopts PLC control, with true color touch screen, comprehensive monitoring material temperature, stirring and homogeneous speed, time and other data, real-time detect, record and print the relevant data, imput and output related data.

Emulsification mixing tank 's accessary :liquid inlet with stainless steel pipeline filter, solid inlet, vacuum port, compressed air inlet ,vacuum rupture , sight glass , temperature sensor , CIP device ,outlet and dustproof sterile breathing apparatus .
