It is driven by servo, ball screw, and slider, and is equipped with an immersive guide rail; Adopting touch screen control, all parameters can be digitally set and controlled, and the process adopts multi-stage precise control for edge grinding; A taper fine-tuning mechanism has been added to the mechanical structure to facilitate the resolution of product taper issues during operation; Optional digital chamfering assistance system can solve the problem of inconsistent chamfer dimensions caused by product thickness differences, and can also be used for monitoring centrifugal centering; Servo digital control can greatly extend the service life of grinding wheels, and this machine is suitable for processing optical lens.
