u Automatic paper feeding,automatic gluing and folding,automatic counting,automatic stacking output,the average gluing speed is 150 sheets/minute,the maximum speed gluing speed is 220 sheets/minute,and the stitching box speed is 50 sheets/minute.
u Color touch screen man-machine interface and PLC control, easy to operate.
u The main motor of the whole machine is variable frequency speed regulation,stable speed,environmental protection and energy saving.
u The main functions can be operated on both the front and back of the machine.

Features:
◆ Special equipment suitable for waxing on both sides or one side of various cardboard and cardboard surfaces is an indispensable equipment in the production process of corrugated boxes.
◆The machine has stable working performance, flexible rotation, uniform wax coating, simple structure and convenient operation.
◆ It can be used for manual paper board feeding, workbench chain feeding or equipped with automatic board feeding machine.
◆ The wax block is melted by electric heating, and the temperature is controlled by a temperature controller to make the wax temperature suitable and safe to use.
◆ The conveying section uses O-shaped round belt and is equipped with up and down fans. The wax liquid coated on the cardboard dries quickly to ensure that the surface of the cardboard is clean and not blurred.
