SKZ61160 CNC Lathe Machine with 32 TON Loading Capacity
Adopting Guangzhou CNC system or SIEMENS, FANUC CNC system and other CNC systems, it can carry out high-speed powerful and stable cutting with high machining precision and simple programming.
The longitudinal and transverse feeding adopts AC servo motor with pulse encoder feedback as the feedback element, the longitudinal and transverse motion guides are treated with ultra-audio hardening and fine grinding, and the bed guide is affixed with PTFE soft tape, which has a small friction coefficient.
The main motor adopts magnetism-voltage-regulation hybrid speed regulation, thus making the spindle stepless speed regulation. The cutting range is wide, and it can process internal hole, external circle, end face, taper, chamfer, groove, thread and various arc surfaces.
