The rings are designed for our patented VersaCup universal ink cup. They are also 100% compatible with ink cups sold with pad printing machines from our rivals, such as Autoroll, Comec, Tech, Pad Print Machinery and a number of other manufacturers.
First, the advantages of silicone sealing ring:
Heat resistance: It can be used permanently under 150°C without performance change, can be used continuously for 10,000 hours at 200°C, and can be used for a period of time at 350°C. Widely used in occasions requiring heat resistance. Such as: electric oven, high temperature box, electric pressure cooker sealing ring, etc.
Cold resistance: It still has good elasticity at -60°C to -70°C.
Sealing: It can play a complete sealing role, waterproof and moisture-proof, and can not leak. It is non-toxic and harmless to the human body, has no irritating smell, has good isolation effect and good fresh-keeping effect.
Other properties: good elasticity, no deformation when stretched, no yellowing, no fading, no aging and long service life, in line with the relevant standards of developed countries in Europe and America.
Second, the disadvantages of silicone sealing ring:
1. The mechanical properties related to expansion strength and tear resistance are relatively weak, so you need to pay attention when using it.
2. The effect on some anti-chemical solvents such as acid and alkali resistance is average.
