Introduction:
CITICHL designed and manufacturers disk filter with advanced performance indexes and structure by introducing advanced technology from EIMCO. The series product has filter area of 40m2~120m2, and used for dehydration of below 0.5mm flotation clean coal, waste coal and other fine grain materials, and solid-liquid separation in metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum and sewage treatment, and has advantages of reliable operation, stable performance, long service life of plastic sector plate and stainless steel wire filter cloth.

This machine is mainly used for floating 0-0.5mm beneficiated ore, and dewatering clean coal, waste coal and other fine materials, it also can be used for solid-liquid separation in metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum and sewage treatment. The acid-proof filter is used for separation of solid-liquid corrosiveness materials, with using stainless steel materials.

Working principle:
When working, the filter disc circles in the slurry tank. With the help of pressure difference generated by vacuum pump, the particle is absorbed on the cloth of the disc and forming a filter cake with a certain thickness. Filtrate will discharge from the central shaft through the filter cake and cloth, and the filter cake will fall down under the pressure of the scraper and blower, and then drop into the discharging filter cake tank.
