Introduction:
This series Vibrating Feeder is a kind of new type vibrating feeder equipment. It also has replaced the electromagnetic vibrating feeder widely in many occasions.Because it uses vibration motor as vibration source, so its speed and power have a very stong controllability, by controlling the speed and transmission power of the motor can quantitatively control the feeding capacity. So it is very convenient in the actual application.
Vibrating Feeder are widely used in mining,building material, silicate and chemical industry in the crushing and screening plants. In the sand stone production line,vibrating feeder can send materials to crusher evenly and continuously. Vibrating feeder can be used in metallurgical industry, coal mining industry , mining selecting, building chemical and grinding industry,etc.
Features:
1. Advanced structure, maximum strength frame, heavy eccentric shaft enhances the screen stroke;
2. Its screen deck is available in single, double, triple and four decks;
3. Can use steel-plate screen cloth, steel-wire weave screen cloth, rubber plate cloth and polyurethane screen cloth;
4. The slope of screen can be chosen between 15 degree and 25 degree, the standard slope of screen is 20 degree;
5. It is easily installed on portable plant or firm foundation with easy maintenance.
