Silicone Sealant/Glue/Adhesive/Paste Dispersing Equipment Multifunctional Power Mixer Machine Product Description ZR multifunctional dispersing machine is an efficient homogenizing mixer,which is the main equipment for silicone sealant,it can produce high viscosity material according to customer's customized demand requirement. Our dispersion machine has a great sealling and vacuum function as well as its good exhaust defoaming effect. Working capacity range from 100 L to 3000 L.Power is designed according to the material viscosity.
This high speed dispersion mixer has a widely used in adhesive,cosmetics,chemical products,battery,foodstuff,pharmaceutical, plastic industries, and ect.
There is three motors in our dispering mixer to make sure it can provide enough power during working, also there is three stirrers in differnt forms in the Disc, one stirrer rotates around the axis of the Disc body,other two stirres rotates around their axis with different speeds,so all raw material can do complex stirring movement in the Disc by strong shearing and kneading to be base material (PU sealant, RTV sealant, HTV sealant, Acrylic sealant,Paste,ect)
Its "E" type scraper design in our dispering power mixer rotates around the axis of Disc body to scrape out the raw material stuck on the wall and bottom to make the base material have better effect.
