What it is?
Our bridge stone cutting machines are designed to cut big slabs of marble, granite, quartz, and other material into needed sizes.
We have two models of bridge stone-cutting machines to meet the needs of our customers.

How does it work?
It is equipped with a PLC control system with a human-machine interface that can manage the cutting speed, the cutting quantity, and the cutting size.
The structure
These machines have a bridge structure. They consist of a crossbeam, a rotatable worktable driven by the hydraulic system, two support columns separated from the worktable, and a spindle box with a cutting head.

More Details
It is equipped with sensors to detect the up-down, left-right, and forward-backward movement of the machine in order to minimize the moving range and increase efficiency. It is equipped with an infrared alignment device. The device provides users with visualization of the starting cutting position of slabs, which can help to save materials.

We can provide two types of support frames (legs) including concrete legs or steel legs based on customers' needs. We also produce Jib Cranes. It is suitable for lifting and moving items in a fixed range with the 360 degrees rotation arm. (For more details, please view the home page).
