Introduction:
ZP80-9A have been used to produce Tri-chlor/TCCA tablets with an inner hole, 100g 200g. Such annular TCCA tablets with hole are in production now by ZP80-9A for Japan Factory.
ZP80-9A is used to press any granular material into large tablets (eg: Dia=76mm) of round or non-round shape. It was specially developed for large TCCA production in 100g 200g by our company 6 years ago.
ZP80-9A large rotary tablet press machine production capacity reaches 4000 pcs/h in 100g 200g chlorine tablet, which is ten times than traditional hydraulic tablet press machines. It is called "Power TCCA Machine"by TCCA producers with its good speed and excellent production capacity. We also think out many solutions to protect machine from corrosion. ZP80-9A have been used to produce 3-inch Chlorine Pool Tablets/ 3 Inch Tri-Chlor Chlorine Tablets/swimming pool chlorine tablets.
