We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% settled by T/T before shipment. We accept various payment methods, including T/T and L/C, ensuring a smooth transaction experience.
3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for installation and training purposes?
Absolutely, we offer the expertise of our engineers for installation, commissioning, and training at your facility. Our engineers frequently travel worldwide for after-sales services. Typically, 5-15 days suffice, contingent on conditions. Prior to dispatch, an invitation letter for a visa is required. Note that all associated costs for visa, travel, and accommodation must be pre-paid by customers. Visa approval cannot be guaranteed.
