Characteristics
1. Screw and cylinder are all made of 38 CrMoALA after nitrogen treatment, which has an advantage of corrosion resistance and endurance, etc.
2. The cooling device adopts cycle water cooling which provide the best transparent effect of the bubble film
3. Rewinder adopts with double station auto changer, optional is auto cutter .
Air Bubble Film Structure:
Polyethylene air-bubble film(also called polyethylene bubble film).which is divided into two kind :
1.ordinary polyethylene air-bubble film.
2.composite polyethylene air-bubble film.
This machine can produce Two layers(single side) and 3 layers, pe film+air bubble layer film+pe film.
The air bubble film has many kinds of usage, like that the film surface laminates kraft paper as express packing bag and laminates the aluminized polyester film as the thermal insulation film.
is a kind of packing material which has been widely used at present. It not only has good cushioning effect, shock resistance and heat-sealing performance, but also has such advantages as good corrosion resistance and transparency , etc. So it has been widely used for packing, household wares, post parcel, bicycle , polyurethane furniture, etc.
