| A | Gauge is basically the production term for knitting density description. 10 Gauge is neater, while 7 gauge is a bit loose than the 10 gauge. |

| A | There is no such comparison that which is better since the quality will be the same, it goes according to the country or area preference. |
| Q | I want to print my logo on the gloves, is it possible? |
| A | 2 types of logo printing. Ink printing or plate mold printing. You can choose the option you prefer. |
| Q | Will my order be produced quickly? How long it takes? |
| A | Your order will definitely be taken good care of. With over 3000 machines to support, a 40HQ will be ready in 3 weeks' time. |
| Q | How could I know you can produce the gloves I want? |
| A | The sample talks. We are flexible in arranging samples even before you place any order if you got no chance to visit us in the factory or at any fair. Sample will be FREE, while courier charges will be on you, which is refundable upon your bulk order. |
| Q | How will I know the quality is good as sample? |
| A | That is where the shipment sample comes. We will send you shipment sample, you can check accordingly. Moreover, we have been in this line over 10 years, and our products are very much qualified. |

| A | The default packing is compressed woven bag, which will be sea freight saving, while won't affect the function of any gloves. |
