The particles with different shapes and specifications obtained by various granulating equipment are cut by the high-speed rotating blade combination of the machine, and discharged by the steel plate, then the particles with the same shape and specification can be obtained.
After the raw material enters the feeding port of the granulator, it falls into a cylindrical workroom. The rotating rotary knife acts on the raw material, and the particles are thrown to the screen surface by centrifugal force. At the same time, the high-speed rotation of the rotary knife and the screen surface have a shear effect. The particles are crushed into a small granule between the rotary knife and the screen mesh and are discharged through the screen mesh.The distance between the knife and the screen and the speed of the rotary knife can be adjusted.
