1. BT-298 high speed fully automatic facial tissue single wrapping machine is suitable for automatically packing V fold hand towel, facial tissue and napkin.
2. Tissue arraying and feeding adopt variable frequency control modes.Packaging film hole punching,film pulling & position,film cutting off,tissue center sending and other actions are controlled by servo motors.This machine has advantages of complete operation configuration,high working efficiency, easy to operation,wide sizes application range,quickly for size changing,easy to maintenance and low cost for using etc.
3. Basic operation function configuration:Has functions of Auto tissue shaping,auto tissue speed detection and speed decline,auto alarm and stop for twin tissue feeding or get stuck,auto detection for tissue height,alarm and stop when height error,auto detect for film roll volume,auto alarm and strop when film release unit get stuck,tissue hook shaping,inching operation,link operation etc.
4. Max. stable production speed is 100 packs/min.
