Material: Q235 carbon steel
◆ platform steel grid plate material: load flat steel can be plane flat steel (see Fig. 1), I-shaped steel (see Fig. 2) or tooth shaped steel (see Fig. 3)
◆ surface treatment of platform steel grating plate:
Hot galvanizing, cold galvanizing (electro galvanizing), painting and black sheet (not treated). Commonly used hot dip galvanizing, rust and corrosion prevention after treatment, long service life
◆ advantages of platform steel grating plate
★ it is allowed to add welding skirting plate (edge guard plate), checkered plate guard plate, installation connector (installation clamp) and other accessories around the steel grating.
★ flat steel with different specifications from the steel grid load flat steel can be used for edge wrapping, or angle steel, channel steel, square pipe, etc. can be used for edge wrapping.
★ handle and hinge can be installed on the platform steel grating that needs to be moved or opened frequently.

Cross bar specification (mm): 6 * 6, 8 * 8, 10 * 10, 12 * 12
Spacing of flat steel (mm): the spacing of flat steel for industrial platform shall not be greater than 40mm, and the center spacing of load flat steel is recommended to be 30mm, 35mm and 40mm.
Cross bar spacing (mm): the cross bar spacing shall not be greater than 165mm, and the cross bar center spacing is recommended to be 100mm, 76mm and 50mm.
