The hydraulic pressure refiner adjusts the pulping pressure through the hydraulic system to meet the pulping requirements of different raw materials. Grinding area clearance of hydraulic pressure adjustment, flexible and convenient operation, constant pressure beating, grinding disc clearance has instantaneous self-adjusting function.
The machine has the advantages of water saving, electricity saving and raise paper physical strength index. The machine also has self-priming function. The beating concentration is 6%-12%, which is suitable for chemical pulp or high yield semi chemical pulp. It can be used not only as a beating equipment after cooking and washing, but also as a seminal pulp for paper machine. It is widely used in waste paper pulp, grass pulp, hardwood pulp, softwood pulp and other kinds of pulp.
