Silicon Rubber / Silicone Coated /Impregnated Fiberglass Cloth/Fabric
The silicone coated fiberglass cloth has good resistance to extreme temperatures, operate temp. from -70°C to +260°C.It also has excellent weatherproof, water repellent, good chemical resistance to acids and lye, good mechanical properties for make-up.
The silicone coated fiberglass cloth takes the high strength glass fabric cloth with high temperature resistance as the base materials and is made by special process of silicone rubber. It is a multi-purpose composite material with high performance and has been widely used for many fields, e.g. space, chemical industry, petroleum, large power generation equipment, machinery, metallurgy, electric insulation and architecture.
Silicone fiberglass fabric features:
temperature resistance, it can continuously work under -70ºCto 230ºC;
weather ability: resistance to ozone, oxygen, sunlight and aging, lose using life up to 10 years:
good electric insulator, dielectric constant 3-3.2,break down voltage between 20-50KV/mm.

Silicone fiberglass fabric applications:
1.Electric insulation: silicone coated fiberglass fabric features high grade of electric insulation and bear a load of high voltage. It fits for making products like insulation cloth and sleeves etc.;
4.2.Non-metallic silicone fiberglass fabric could be used as compensator: used as pipeline flexible coupling, non-metallic compensator helps to avoid damage caused by heat expansion and cold contraction. This membrane material special fit for use in industries of petroleum, chemical engineering, cement iron and steel and energy sources due to its special features of temperature resistance, anti-corrosion, anti-aging, and good elasticity and toughness;
3.Anti-corrosion sector: silicone fiberglass fabric is good to be used as inner and outer anti-corrosion layer featuring excellent corrosion resistance, temperature resistance and high strength. It proves to be an ideal anti-corrosion material;
