Kitchen System

Automatic Weighing and Dissolving System

This system can weigh raw materials,such as water,sugar,glucose, etc.Then to mix them.After mixing,the mixture will flow down to dissolving tanks. The lower holding tank has a heating coil in it to keep premixing at the correct temperature.The system is available in a sophisticated version with PLC control system and operating screen or a dedicated batch weighing controller.

Aeration Machine

This aeration machine is constructed from stainless steel.Especial the aerating head is machining from complete stainless steel round pipe.The aerating head design ensure absolutely no-contact between the product and the cooling/heating water/liquid.Jacket cooling sections on mixing heat as a result of the unique pre-mixchamber . Integral frequency converter for setting and controlling the rotation speed of the mixing head and the pump.Closed hygienic production system.Use one high pressure water pump for cleaning,ensure to reach international safety and hygiene standards.Suit for producing: mashmallow,sponge cake,chocolate,truffle and so on.
Automatic CFA System

After cooked the material,should send the material to the CFA tanks. D&R offers automatic CFA system for adding the color, flavor, acid.
Marshmallow Forming Line
Main Conveyor The system consist of a 1250-1300mm wide conveyor, 20m long, on this conveyor a starch duster produces a layer of starch to prevent sticking of the mallow to the belt.
The extruder is built shortly behind the duster and extrude marshmallow ropes on the channels of the starch layer. After extruding, there is another starch sprinkler will sprinkle one layer of starch to cover them. Then cutting and go to aging conveyors or dry rooms.Speed of belt is adjustable.
