CNC Stone Bridge Saw HLNC-650+ is a numerically controlled fully interpolated 4 axis bridge saw with tilting head and tilting table to carry out any type of machining, cutting (straight or curved, vertical or inclined), 2D profiling, milling and 2D engraving operations, on slabs and stone blocks.
This machine can work one shot or step by step to shape marble, granite, composite stone and ceramic pieces.
This machine can be very customized, it is the perfect solution for shops with high productivity of:

Slab Image Capture (Optional)
The application allows to acquire and process the slab photo, by correcting the lens distortion and rectifying it. Through the acquired image, the shapes can be arranged on the slab avoiding material imperfections while identifying the nervures that need to be machined; it is also possible to qualify the slab edge geometrically.

Sole Engraving Module (Optional)
