V. Quotation
The total amount of the above production line is USD270,000.00/set EXW (including all motors, but without civil works, pipes, electric lines, cable, meters, valves, instruments, and boiler) The price for 4T gas boiler is USD45,000/set EXW.
(3) Payment term: 30% T/T in advance, 70% L/C at sight or T/T before transportation.
Installation and commissioning: Technicians will be sent for installation and commissioning according to customer's requirement. Customers should pay the wages at USD2000/month for each technician, afford all the charges for traveling, visa, safety insurance, living, and provide them necessary support. It will take about 3 months for installation and commissioning the above production line.
VI. Guarantee term
a. Quality guarantee is one year;
b. Consumable parts are not in the quality guarantee range;
c. If any damage caused by improperly operation, the seller will not be responsible;
d. After installation is ready and if machine is not performing, seller will be responsible for the all costs incurred by the buyer, but if machine is not performing due to reason of lack of water, electricity and lack of raw materials after installation, the seller will not be responsible;

. Main machine structure with spec
Cylinder mold section: Φ1800mm×2800mm×3300mm stainless-steel plate cylinder mold 1set. Φ500mm×2800mm×3300mm couch roll 1 set, coated by rubber, rubber shore hardness 38ºC±2. Dryer section: Φ2500mm×2800mm×3300mm alloy dryer cylinder 1 set, with double-deck breath exhaust hood, Φ600mm×2800mm×3300mm touch roll 1 set, Coated by rubber, rubber shore hardness 95ºC±2, pneumatic pressurizing device, with pneumatic blade 2 sets. Winding section: Φ900mm×2800mm×3300mm sweat cylinder 1 set, winding paper on sweat cylinder. Driving part: A/C converter speed controlling, section drive.
